Selling is Human, by Dan Pink

Podcasts

Older episodes of the Sellers are Losers podcast (rebranded as the Next Level podcast) teach about the use of tone in the way we ask questions and on the benefits of focusing on the needs and desires of the other person. These very practical tips are very much aligned with climate psychology and research on the art of convincing. Listen with caution: some people may find the host, Jeremy Miner, to be annoying to listen to because he interrupts people, and can sometimes sound a bit insincere when he explains his rationale. However, his persuasion strategies are useful. www.youtube.com/@JeremyMinerPodcast
