Client and potential-client data collected by Tammy Mayer will be stored for a maximum of 5 years after 1 year of inactivity in order to comply with requirements around filing taxes and business accounting.

The scheduling tool connected to this site is Calendly, which also collects data whenever a person uses that tool to schedule a call. Discovery chats and coaching sessions are held on Zoom, which collects data using cookies whenever we use the platform. If you pay for coaching services via Stripe or PayPal, these platforms may store your payment information.
