What types of cookies are used on this website?

Tammy Mayer has no control over the cookies saved to your device.

Squarespace, the host for this website, uses cookies in order to:

  • save your preferences (about pop-ups, announcement banners, and cookies),

  • analyze visitors behavior on this website,

  • keep you logged in to your customer account, and

  • facilitate purchasing services on this website

Cookies help do that seemlessly and without any weird bugs. Some cookies expire instantly, others expire when you close out the browser tab, and others are programed to stay on your computer for weeks or years. A list of these cookies in the black menu below outlines all of the details about each cookie.

To generate site analytics, Squarespace collects the following information about visitors:

  • information about your browser, network and device;

  • web pages you visited prior to coming to this website;

  • web pages you view while on this website; and

  • your IP address.

For more information, please view Squarespace’s Privacy Policy.

Types of cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are placed without consent as they are essential for the website to function (e.g., security, authentication). All other cookies (performance, analytics, functional) are non-essential and require your explicit consent via the cookie banner. You may accept all, reject all, or customize your preferences.

How to opt out of non-essential cookies

You may opt out of non-essential cookies using the button in the cookies banner at the bottom of the screen, or via the cookie preferences link in the footer. If you do not see the banner, scroll to the very bottom of any page of this website. In the footer, toward the center-left you should see a small link that says “cookie preferences”. This is where you may opt out of Squarespace’s non-essential Performance, Analytics and Advertising cookies.

How to opt out of cookies from third-party services.

This website is connected to several third party services, including a scheduling program called Calendly and payment platforms such as PayPal and Stripe. All discovery chats or coaching sessions are scheduled on Zoom. Visiting the websites of these four companies, or using their services may save cookies on your device.

Refer to their privacy policies for details.

How to delete cookies from your computer

Consider deleting your browsing history on each internet browser you use in order to delete any cookies that are stored on your computer. Doing this on a weekly or even daily basis will remove tracking cookies from your device. Important Note: if you delete all history and all cookies, you will be signed out of any website that you are currently logged into. You will need to log back into those websites. Deleting your browsing history may also delete any forms you are currently filling out in the browser or delete items from online shopping carts.
